OCEANWIDE has been authorized by the different Philippine Administration Agencies who are tasked with the implementation of the different IMO conventions and domestic laws, to act on their behalf in conducting statutory surveys as well as audits and issuing the necessary statutory certificates. It is also an STCW-accredited maritime institution for the conduct of maritime training.

As an accredited Maritime Security (MARSEC) Training School of the Philippine Administration, the Office for Transportation Security (OTS) against the STCW Convention and the ISPS Code, for the conduct of different MARSEC training courses required for seafarers and port facility personnel.
As a Recognized/Registered Security Organization (RSO/ReSO) of the Philippine Administration for ISPS Code, the Office for Transportation Security (OTS), we carry out audit of ship and ports for the issuance of National Ship Security Certificate (NSSC) and Statement of Compliance of a Port Facility (SoCPF), respectively.
As a Marpol Survey Organization (MSO) of the Philippine Administration for MARPOL Convention, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), we carry out survey of ships for the issuance of Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate (OPPC) and Sewage Pollution Prevention Certificate (SPPC).
As an accredited Underwater Surveyor of the Philippine Administration, the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), we carry out underwater inspection/survey of the ship’s integral parts which are below waterline while the ship is in afloat position for the issuance of a Certificate of Inspection (CI) after complying with the PMMRR ’97 and other safety rules issued subsequently by MARINA as well as Interim Certificate of Inspection (ICI) to extend the validity of Certificate of Inspection (CI) after a favorable result of the underwater survey
As an accredited Maritime Training Institution (MTI) of the Philippine Administration, the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) against the Standards of Training, Certificate and Watchkeeping (STCW), for the conduct of different training courses required for Philippine seafarers to become internationally competent professionals.
